With St. Patrick’s Day just a few days aways our friends from Bettersweet joined us in the Holstein Kitchen to whip up some delicious & festive Waffle Sticks that are not only vegan but also gluten free!

1/2 Cup All-purpose flour Gluten free flour
1/4 Cup Gluten free rolled Oats
1 ½ Tsp Baking soda
Pinch of pink salt
1 ¼ Cup Almond Milk
1 Vegan Egg (1 Tbs flax seed + 3 Tbs water)
1/4 Coconut oil
1/4 Cane juice syrup
In the food processor add in all your dry ingredients first then add in the rest.
Process for about 2 minutes and then pour the mix into the Waffle Stick Maker.
Bake for approximately 4 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
You can use melted vegan white chocolate to decorate. You can also mix in a few drops of vegan green food coloing and dip your waffle sticks in.
Add sprinkles & fondant decorations for some extra festive fun!
