Ingredients:
1 large Gold Potato
2 tbs. Milk
1 tsp. Coarse Salt
1 Tsp Black or White Pepper
2 large eggs
Steps:
In a small saucepan, put the potato and cover with water.
Bring the water to a boil; then reduce the heat, and simmer until the potato can be easily pierced with the tip of a paring knife. This usually takes about 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain and then peel your potato.·
Using a fork mash the potato in small pieces. Tip: You do not want to completely mash your potato; you want it to stay lumpy
Then in a medium bowl, whisk together your eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add the potato and stir to combine.
Once your Cake Pop Maker is pre-heated, add about 1 tbs of the mixture into each cavity and bake for 4 minutes. Tip: Use cooking spray to make the process of removing your bites easier & mess free.
