PB & J Cake Pop Recipe – Holstein + The Cooking Collaborative

We love it when The Cooking Collaborative joins us in the Holstein Kitchen to bake up some Fall treats! This time they used our Holstein Cake Pop Maker to whip up yummy bites with figs and peanut butter!

1 cup Brown Rice Flour

1 cup Coconut Flour

1 cup Oat Flour

1/4 cup Coconut Flour

3/4 cup Tapioca Flour

1 cup Cornmeal

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tbsp baking soda

1/2 cup honey or lacuma powder

1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

1 cup pancake mixture

1 cup Soy MIlk

1 egg

1 tbsp coconut oil



Begin by gathering all your ingredients and measuring out your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Then in a smaller bowl mix together your coconut oil, egg, and soy milk.

Fold in your dry ingredients using your Holstein Spatula or Whisk.

Once you have a smooth consistency, pour the batter into your pre-heated Cake Pop Maker.

Allow to bake for 7-10 minutes.

Remove your Cake Pops using your spatula or tongs & place them on a plate to allow them to cool.

Once you are ready to serve, adorn your plate with honey, & figs.

You can also spread blackberry jam & peanut butter like we did on your cake pops for some extra flavor.
