On-The Go Breakfast Muffins

They say breakfast is the most important meal but, it always seems to be the meal we have the least amount of time for. We are always running out the door grabbing just about anything to just get something in our stomach. With just a few ingredients & a bit of meal prepping, you can still grab & go but, be eating something worth it.
