BetterSweet joins us in the Holstein Kitchen to kick off the Holiday baking season with a Chocolate lovers dream come true. Not only do these have a hint of mint, they are vegan too!
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of cacao powder
1 cup brown sugar
¼ tsp of salt
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup of vegetable oil
1 Flax egg
½ cup of Almond milk
Mint Jelly paste
Begin by mixing all the ingredients except for your mint jelly in a large mixing bowl.
Use your wisk to blend the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mix into your batter bottle & once the maker is done pre-heating pour in the mixture.
Allow to bake for 2 minutes, then open the Holstein Star & Heart Cupcake Maker and add in a bit of mint jelly.
You can top off with brownie mix & then bake for 7-10 minutes.
Use a silicone spatula to remove the brownies from the maker.
Allow them to cool & enjoy!
