Gluten Free- Jalapeño Bacon Waffle Stick Recipe

Watch out, these bad boys have a kick to them!

We switched up the same old waffle recipe by adding some jalapeños & bacon to the mix and really wowed our taste buds.

1. Gather The Ingredients Jalepeno 1

– 1/2 cup of gluten free flour

– 1 egg

– 1 egg white

– 1/8 cup of almond milk

– 1/2 tsp of baking powder

– 1 pack of stevia (optional)

– 1 small jalapeño chopped

– 2 tbsp bacon bites

Begin by mixing your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then whisk in your eggs. Leave your jalapeños and bacon to be folded in last.

2. Pour & Bake

Use a large spoon to scope your batter into your Holstein Waffle Stick Maker. Close the lid and allow to bake for 7 minutes.

3. Enjoy! 

With a silicone spatula remove your waffle sticks from your maker. Top with the leftover jalapeños and dip into some maple syrup. These are a delightful sweet and savory mix!
