One of our favorite seasons is Spring. We love all the flowers blooming and the fresh ingredients that make every treat we whip up just that much better!
Inspired by the huge fresh strawberries at the local market, we decide to treat ourselves to some deliciously easy Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes.

1. Gather your ingredients
Fresh strawberries are key in this recipe, turn to local farmers for the good stuff!
1/2 stick of butter (softened)
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp suagr
1/2 cup milk
2. Mix & Pour
3. Strawberries to Top It Off !
Let your cakes cool down before added some whipped cream on top. Then add a slice of strawberry and sink your teeth into these sweet treats! If you plan on sharing (it may not be that easy to do) stick them in the freezer for 5 minutes to make sure the whipped cream sets.
