Peach, Vanilla-Cinnamon Bellini made in our Frozen Drink Maker
Our friends at Mundo Deli join us in the kitchen and helps us to prepare a delicious & refreshing Peach Bellini in our Holstein Housewares Frozen Drink Maker.

To Make your Bellini:
Ingredients:
325 ml prosecco (1/2 bottle)
2 cups peach puree
1 cup cinnamon-vanilla syrup
Ice
Steps:
Begin by pouring your prosecco, peach puree & syrup into the maker’s pitched.
Add about 4 cups of ice & start the maker on the “Fine” setting.
Let it stir in the ice shavings for about 3 minutes.
Then serve in wide open champagne flutes with a stick of cinnamon.
To make the Vanilla-Cinnamon Syrup:
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
½ vanilla bean
4 cinnamon sticks
Steps:
In a saucepan bring to a soft boil all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves, let it infuse for about 7 minutes.
Remove the sauce pan from the heat & allow to cool.
Tip: to keep this mix for a couple of days, add half the vanilla bean & a cinnamon stick.
To Make the Peach Puree:
3 lb of white or yellow peaches
 4 cups of water
 ¾ cups of sugar
Steps:
In a saucepan bring to a boil all the ingridients. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until the peaches are soft to the touch.
Remove the sauce pan from the heat &  let the mixture cool down.
Once it is complete cooled down to room temperature, blend the ingredients in your sauce pan in the blender.
Once you have a smooth mix, use a strainer to take out any chunks. Tip: you can keep this mix in the fridge for up to 5 days!
